 Computer skills

   - Advanced computer knowledge of both software (MS Office, AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, FrontPage, maintenance of WEB pages etc.) and hardware – use and maintain small office network and all other designing office equipment such as plotters, scanners etc.

    - Started in 1995 with model-based design solutions of CAD software’s ArchiCAD (AC) 4.55 & AutoCad 14 (see the 3D view of design with AutoCAD 14 from that time). I was ranged - 60 in Online Graphisoft’s AC-9 certification, during the 2006 year. Today, using latest versions of CAD software’s I have expanded the design capabilities to support the broadest spectrum of architectural shapes and forms using Building Information Modeling (BIM) as the new trend in the AEC design industry. ArchiCAD covers the entire BIM workflow with design tools and workflows 100% based on real BIM structures. My understanding of BIM technologies, the business and organizational issues associated with its implementation is an advantage that together with effective use of BIM can increase productivity to all members of a project team. Click here to see pictures of my model in ArchiCAD (BIMx) Hall of Fame

   - Regardless of the shapes and forms of the buildings designing with ArchiCAD starts from scratch using intelligent real BIM structures such as walls, slabs, roofs, or shell structures. This approach has the huge advantage that any part of the building is easy and free to modify both in terms of geometry and physical attributes at any stage.  

   - To exchange information between different disciplines and different softwares in the OPEN design collaboration workflow I use ArchiCAD that uses IFC - Industry Foundation Classes - as neutral file formats that are commonly used for BIM.

Design service

     - Offers to create a design concept that meets the requirements of the client and provides a facility suitable for the required use. We meet with and question the client (extensively) to ascertain all the requirements and nuances of the planned project. This information, known as a program or brief, is essential to producing a project that meets all the needs and desires of the owner, it is a guide for the architect in creating the design concept. We deal with jurisdictions about regulations and building codes. Some time we need to comply with local planning and zoning laws, such as required setbacks, height limitations, parking requirements, transparency requirements (windows), and land use.

Documentation service

     - Offers to take all responsibilities to document the design concept in such a manner as to provide detailed drawings and information used by the various contractors, directly. There is a transition that is required to convert design language to construction terms and information, directions, and instructions. This work requires a large portion of the professional's fee and extensive time for production. The higher the quality of these documents the more the construction will be enabled and facilitated. This is work that is unavoidable and most necessary. In addition, we offer the working drawings with suitable construction specifications. We prepare the technical or "working" documents (construction drawings and specifications), usually coordinated with and supplemented by the work of a variety of disciplines (i.e., with varied expertise like mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, structural, etc.) engineers for the building services and that are filed for obtaining permits (development and building permits) that require compliance with building, seismic, and relevant central and local regulations. These construction drawings and specifications are also used for pricing the work, and for construction.

Construction service

     - Offers to prepare projects for tender on behalf of clients, advice on the award of the project to a general contractor, and review the progress of the work during construction. Depending on the client's needs and the jurisdiction's requirements, the spectrum of the services may be extensive (detailed document preparation and construction review) or less inclusive (such as allowing a contractor to exercise considerable design-build functions). With very large, complex projects, we offer independent construction management services to assist in the design and manage construction.
